Use of our Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms. We may update them periodically, and the new version will take effect upon posting. Continued use signifies your acceptance of any revisions.

You must be at least 16 years old to register or purchase courses from LTJ Academy. If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental or guardian consent to purchase and participate in online training.

• Account creation may be required to access certain Services.
• Provide accurate and complete information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

• Purchasing a course grants you a non-transferable, limited licence to access its digital materials for the stated duration.
• Certificates are awarded only after successful completion of required modules or assessments.
• We may request identity verification or resubmission if authenticity is unclear.
• Certificates may expire after a specified period; employers or regulators may require refresher training independently of this duration.

All LTJ Academy courses are digital products delivered electronically. Under the Consumer Rights Directive (EU) 2011/83 and the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022, you generally have a 14-day “cooling-off” period for distance purchases. However, this right does not apply once digital content delivery has begun.

• By purchasing and then opening or accessing a course (including starting a module, quiz, or download), you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you forfeit your 14-day right to withdraw.
• If you purchase a course but do not open or access it within 14 days, you may request a cancellation and full refund.

• All refund or transfer requests must be made in writing to [email protected].
• No refunds are available once a course has been opened, accessed, or started.
• Refunds (where applicable) are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
• At our discretion, we may allow a one-time transfer to another learner if no lessons or assessments have been started.

• You must not share, resell, or reproduce course materials.
• All assessments must be completed personally and honestly—no impersonation or assistance.
• Do not upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material.
• We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these rules.

All course content, text, videos, graphics, and software are protected by copyright and owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, share, or adapt our materials without written permission. Limited printing or downloading for personal educational use is permitted where features allow.

• Prices are stated at checkout and may change. Changes do not affect existing purchases.
• Payments are handled by secure third-party processors such as Stripe or PayPal. We do not store full card details.
• Access may be suspended if payment is not received or if a chargeback occurs.

We strive for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Temporary outages for maintenance or updates may occur. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party hosting or network issues.

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data, or reputation, arising from the use or inability to use our Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or statutory consumer rights.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LTJ Academy and its owners against claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our Services.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, and the Data Protection Act 2018 (Ireland). We may use limited third-party support (e.g., Interic Ltd) solely for grading or technical support, under our supervision.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, network outages, or government restrictions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Ireland, subject to applicable consumer protections under EU law.
